Supplier Merge fails for one user due to error.

ERROR

Exception stacktrace:
oracle.jbo.AlreadyLockedException: JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table POZ_SUPPLIERS with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000008611429 ], another user holds the lock.
