MFCS Does Not Publish Changes to TI and HI fields as Part of ItemFulRep Message (Doc ID 2925330.1)

Goal

When supplier inbound TI-HI information, in "Item Supplier Country" screen in MFCS, is modified; MFCS does not publish an update (ItemMod) message.

Code needs to be modified to add these two TI and HI fields to the FulRep trigger.
