Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

When attempting to reverse journal
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Reversing the journal with header xxx-FIN-GA LLC xxxxxxxxx- Dec22 PROVISION FOR EXPENSE xxxx xxxx LLC from batch xxx-FIN-GA xxx USD Expense accrual for Vendor - Dec22 Spreadsheet A 30000004xxxx 2461xxx N.

PREV0020: The reversed journal header would have some invalid segment values.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in Manage journal page search for the journal
2. Open the Journal and click Batch Action-> reverse
3. Enter the reversal details -> click ok

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the journal.
