Auto Assignment Rules Having Varying Results When Setup for a Shipment Upon Creation (Doc ID 2925480.1)

Issue Description

An "Auto Assignment Rule" was created to be activated at shipment creation and the execution of this agent is getting varying results



Steps to Replicate the Issue

 

  1. Navigate to Business Process Automation --> Agents & Milestones --> Auto Assignment Rule
  2. Enter an auto assign rule and assign multiple documents based on the destination region of the shipment -            check the box RUN ON CREATE AND SET Auto Assign Type ID =SHIPMENT_REQUIRED_DOCUMENT
  3. Navigate to the Order Release screen
  4. Create an Order Release with criteria to create shipments and activate the Auto Assignment Rule 
  5. Bulk plan the Order Release

Notice that the expected actions of the Auto Assignment Rule are not all completing - some actions are - some are not
