Symptoms

 On :  11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Payroll

On attempting to navigate to the Process results UI, for processes that included a significant number of records, the UI could display a time-out message.

ERROR
-----------------------
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

or

ORA-56720: I/O data limited exceeded - call aborted ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_STATISTICS_UTILITY_PKG", line 2317


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Payroll > View Flows
2. Select a specific flow and attempt to navigate to the process results
3. Time-out message will be displayed after a brief period

or
1. My Client Groups> Payroll> Process Results Summary
2. Time-out message will be displayed after a brief period
