Symptoms
Problem Description:
After updating to a new product version, all scheduled reports / all agents in OTBI are failing with errors similar to below:
Error: AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Recruiting/Custom Reports/Agent Data [nQSError: 75025] Handshake failed when connecting to SMTP server using SSL. AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Recruiting/Custom Reports/Agent Data ...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 9 seconds. AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Recruiting/Custom Reports/Agent Data [nQSError: 75025] Handshake failed when connecting to SMTP server using SSL. AgentID: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Recruiting/Custom Reports/Agent Data ...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 3 seconds.
