ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
X1-MIGAD X1-MIGSA Division field is not populated on the converted Usage Subscription

The division field is not populated on the converted Usage Subscription.

X1-MIGAD (X1MigSAType Migrate SA Type Script) should be populating US Type’s Division based on SA Type’s CIS Division.

Alternatively, X1-MIGSA (X1ProcSAIds Process Algorithm Script) should be getting the Service Agreement’s CIS Division to populate the value of Division in Usage Subscription.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The division field should be populated on the converted Usage Subscription.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run X1-MIGAD.
2. Run other pre-requisite migration jobs before MIGSA.
3. Run X1-MIGSA for 1 SA record.
