If the priority rules are set with Putaway Priority as "Greater than or equal to the priority date," the Directed Putaway RF screen suggests a location that does not meet these criteria.

For example, if a location already has an existing LPN with a Priority Date of 02/01/2023 and the LPN being used has a priority rule of 01/01/2023, the putaway suggests this location. The expectation is that it should suggest a location where there is no LPN with a later priority date.
