When attempting to load SpecializationV3, the business objects "SpecializationV3" and "SpecializationSectionV3" are loaded successfully (along with the Specialization Parent record). When trying to load SpecializationSectionActivityV3, the following error being thrown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Data Exchange > HCM Data Loader > Import and Load Data
2. Import HDL file and submit
3. HDL should complete with no issues
