Symptoms

Problem Description:

The "Time Period" filters (eg. Last 6 months, last 12 months, last 2 years, last 3 years) are not returning the expected absences on the "Absence Records" screen. For example:

My Client Groups/Absences/Absence Records/<choose an employee>/select time period as 'All' /click on 'Go' arrow

When filtering on 'all' on 16th January 2023, it can be observed that the absence records for a particular person go back to 1st July 2020
However  when filtering on 'last 3 years', the search criteria, is only searching between 2021-01-01 and 2023-01-16 but the expectation was that it should look for absence records between 2020-01-16 and 2023-01-16.
