Repeated Errors During P6 Mobile Android App Login, and the App Closes When Accessing the 'completed %' Field (Doc ID 2925999.1)

When attempting to login to the Primavera P6 Mobile Android app, the user receives multiple notifications that the app has stopped working.  Once they are able to login, when navigating to Activity Details > Completed % the field does not load/shows 0% and the application closes.


The user should be able to login to the app without issue and access the Completed % field.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the P6 Mobile App on Android.
  2. The initial error occurs.
  3. Navigate to Activity Details and select Completion %.
  4. The app displays Loading... then closes.
