Can Oracle FastConnect support strictly private VB Studio Firewall Requirements? (Doc ID 2926316.1)

Goal

A customer environment is isolated from the internet (including VPN) and is a perfectly private network. An example of violating this private network firewall rules is a VBS instance VCN used for Executors that requires port 22 ingress from 0.0.0.0/0. If that rule is removed VBS Executors will not start at all.

The documentation here states the VBS public IPs should be whitelisted at the minimum.
However it is desired to make the VCN private and not use communication over the public internet at all.

Is there a way to leverage Visual Builder Studio wiki, git and build capabilities to work with a private data center and OCI? Is this configuration possible using Oracle FastConnect?
