ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order releases in OTM are not being retrieved from the /Shipments/Order Releases REST API resource when sending a request with GET method to this API
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the report execute successfully without any errors.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Invoke the /Shipments/Order Releases REST API resource with GET method as described in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/transportation/22c/otmra/api-business-objects-shipments-order-releases.html
2. No orders will be retrieved through integration
