Symptoms
Error message occurs when attempting to add a translation to an existing group
Error: Some error has occurred. Error received is : Target Unreachable, 'null' returned null. Please contact System Administrator
Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Foundation Data > Item Foundation > Merchandise Hierarchy
2. Click Actions > Edit
3. Click Actions > Translate
4. Note error message pop up is displayed.
