Information in this document applies to any platform.
Responsys accounts are limited to a single filter being counted at once. If customers attempt to count multiple filters, or several people try to count the same filter at once, the UI will throw an error. This is for performance reasons.


Assist customers in understanding the error, and assist Support in troubleshooting the errors and managing the cases
