PBCS/ EPBCS: Data Loads Show the Process Completed Successfully However Cannot See the Data in Smart View Ad-hoc Grid (Doc ID 2926663.1)

Symptoms

Data is loaded with Data Management into a Planning cube, however users are not seeing data in Smart View ad-hoc grid.

The logs show that the load process completed successfully and can see data exported in the data load workbench. In Database Properties, the "Existing Level 0 blocks" statistic is always 0 no matter how many times the data load is run.
