Unit retail should match with rpm item zone price for CAD
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create one IL=1 and TL=2 item
2. Create multiple child item for that item
3. Make sure Retail_by_zone have multiple zones price and retail for zone belongs to CAD have value which is different than the value by converting currency.
4. Load the item induction file.
5. Noticed the ITEM_LOC has different retail than RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE and only one item has correct value.
