Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Operations & Maintenance

When attempting to edit substitute item,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 "Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for item has existing substitutions
2. Select more actions > Substitute Items
3. Select any location and press the edit icon.
