The customer wants to delete seed cost components from MFCS.

Requirement:

Some seeded components are to be cleared from MFCS.

There is an error message when trying to delete cost components,

because there are datasets in Computational Value Bases (CVB) for these cost components.
Therefore, to delete seed cost components, associated CVB must also be deleted.
