Symptoms

On : N/A version, Journals and Intercompany

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After 23A,ADFDI and FBDI can not upload the data

Journal Import is completing with Success but no data is processed, the .txt file is showing Status as NO DATA

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journal status should be Success and journal should be imported in GL_JE_LINES table, but it remains only in GL_INTERFACE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Journals using ADFDI/FBDI

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import journals.
