Unable to Add/Delete SP Characteristic
When the user tries to add a new SP characteristic, nothing happens when clicking the save button on the SP Characteristic Maintenance page. Though, when trying to add to an SP with an existing characteristic it works fine. Deleting the SP characteristics doesn’t seem to work as well.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1: Adding of new SP Characteristic. The user clicks edit to open the SP char maintenance page.
Add new SP characteristics. When the save button is clicked, nothing happens -- no error
message displayed but SP characteristic is not added to SP.
Scenario 2: Deleting SP characteristic. The user clicks edit to open the SP char maintenance page.
Nothing happens when the user clicks the save button after removing SP Characteristic.
