When Assigning Resource Access to a User, the Search Doesn't Return the Result When Using the Resource Name (Doc ID 2926995.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we want to add a resource to a user and search in the list of resources, the search does not work when using the resource's name. The search works if we know the resource id.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The search function should also work by Resource Id and Resource Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log into Web.
  2.  Go to Administration - User Administration
  3.  Select the user
  4.  Select Resource access - Assign
  5.  On the window, Select Resource Assign, choose the Select Resources option
  6.  On search, try by resource name. The application doesn't show any results
  7.  If on search we tried by Resouce Id application show the resource
