Essbase Marketplace Deployment Error "essbase-init[ERROR]: Error registering admin user" (Doc ID 2927019.1)

Symptoms

The Essbase Marketplace stack deployment is successful.  Able to login to Jet UI and perform actions.

The /var/log/essbaseinit.log shows below error:

essbase-init[ERROR]: urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 409: Conflict
essbase-init[ERROR]: essbase-init[ERROR]: Error registering admin user. See server logs for details
