Goal

MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
MSCS - Oracle Utilities Meter Solution Cloud Service
UI - User Interface

 Development and Test environments have the same version, but not having the same User Interface (UI). Test environment User Interface still the same as the old one, while Development environment comes with a new look in 22A (2.5.0.0.0) version. Why the two environments are not the same although they are the same version?
