Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, US Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After retro, for a pretax deduction (Employer Liabilities classification element) in arrears, payroll takes triple deductions:
- one for retro
- one for clear arrears
- one for current month

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
At current period, beside the current deduction, only one value should be deducted: retro entry or arrears for the retro period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for a sample employee.
1. Element entry  went to arrears for pay period 10/02 to 10/15 as there was no pay for one employee.
2. Add an earning entry in 10/02 to 10/15.
3. Run retro for 10/02- 10/15 period.
4. Run calculated payroll for current period and review the deductions.
