ADF_FACES-60096 Error in the Finalize Transportation Process (Doc ID 2927226.1)

Symptoms

On: MFCS 19.3, RMS 19.3.014 version

In finalizing transport, the ADF error is displayed when trying to enter/load the estimated departure date if the default language is Spanish.

What is Working
-----------------------

Notice that the error is no longer visible when you change the language to English.

"ADF_FACE-600097: For more information, please see the server's error log for any entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #20"


Steps to Recreate
-----------------------
1. Change the default language to Spanish and enter the Finalize transportation screen.
2. Click the estimated departure date dropdown.
3. View the error.
