Symptoms
When attempting to run the accruals process, the following error occurs.

The payment info couldn't be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your help desk. (ANC-3405066)
An error occurred during transfer of payment info. Person . Absence plan <ABSENCE PLAN NAME>. Assignment <ASSIGNMENT_NAME>. Effective date <DATE>. Payroll processing error JBO-PAY:::PAY_PROC_ERR_OCC:Action Investigate the cause of the error in payroll by reviewing payroll setup for the employee for which the error was reported. Then resubmit the transaction of the ESS job for which the failure occurred.

1. Go to the employee's Absence Record
2. Run the accruals process for the absence plan
