Symptoms
Unable to delete uploaded invoice notification.
After trying to load an invoice with errors, it is not possible to delete the upload notification - it stays in "NEW" status.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Upload Invoice with errors.
2. Go to "Manage Request Search".
3. Find request.
4. Press button to delete.
5. Request is not deleted and stays in "NEW" status.
