Symptoms

In MFCS, Dealupld to raise an exception when Target Level Indicator is defined as 'Y' and "Lower Limit", "Upper Limit" and "Value" not defined in the file


Steps To Reproduce:

1.Upload Deal file with data having Target Level Indicator is defined as 'Y' and "Lower Limit", "Upper Limit" and "Value" not defined.
2.Execute dealupld batch and observe the no exception is raised.
