ADF_FACES_60097 Error while searching item in Price inquiry screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into RPCS screen and navigate to taskbar and open the price enquiry screen.
2. Search with item and date in the price enquiry screen.
3. Click on the search icon in the item field and in select the item screen that will open.
4. Remove the item and click on search, it will throw the ADF error.

Due to this issue, users cannot search for items in the Price inquiry screen.
