Enabled "Prevent user entered asset number" in Manage System Controls is not Effective to Merged Parent (Doc ID 2927393.1)

Symptoms

Asset Number field of a Merged Parent is editable even when "Prevent user entered asset number" is checked in Manage System Controls.
When the checkbox is checked, the field should be disabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Tick "Prevent user entered asset number" from Manage System Control.
2.Create asset from AP invoice source line with Tax merged into it.
3.Notice that the user can enter the Asset number
