Symptoms

Problem Description:

An instructor led offering has been created which has one activity on it.  After the offering end date is past, the expectation is that any assignments in "Waitlisted" status will be set to 'Deleted' status but this is not occurring. 

With 23A using Waitlist Management Automation, it states that a process should be running to withdraw these users automatically.
