On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load a new employee using the Worker HDL file which includes the Contract object record with Source Keys, following error occurs below for the Contract record

You must provide a valid reference to the parent record. Ensure that the parent record is supplied in the same file, or has already been created. (HRC-1035329)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load a new employee using the Worker HDL file which includes the Contract object record with Source Keys
2. Encounter the error message above associated with the Contract record
