PRC:PON: 23A: Supplier Responses Are Not Defaulted For The Predefined Questions (Doc ID 2927640.1)

Symptoms

 The users have tested with the new feature "CONTROL DEFAULTING OF SUPPLIER RESPONSES TO PREDEFINED QUESTIONS" and can see that Supplier response for predefined questions are not getting defaulted.

Please see below  the details from testing where user created negotiation with predefined questions but could not get the supplier response after creating surrogate response.


Steps followed to create negotiation:-
1) Create negotiation with mandatory details
2) Select predefined questions and fill in Line level details
3)On supplier tab fill in with supplier name and supplier contact details.
4)Then publish and get it approve

Steps to provide supplier response :-
1) Open negotiation 1 once approved and Click on actions> manage>Create surrogate response
2) Provide answers to the questions defined and mandatory details and submit the response
3)Response were created for negotiation 1

Steps followed to check defaulted predefined questions:-

1)Create another negotiation with same supplier details and negotiation.
2)Publish and approve the negotiation
3)Open the negotiation and click on Create surrogate response but found no defaulted response or answers in negotiation.
