Symptoms

The issue is limited to One source customers.You can see below patterns:

1.Offset tax is coming as +ve amount.

2.Example

Invoice 1000, tax rate 20%
Vendor Charged Tax line: 210
Partner returned tax: 210
however system changed the tax to 200 by ignoring partner calculated tax.
