'Auto Refresh Interval' On OTM Workbench Cannot Be Selected Below 5 Minutes (Doc ID 2927683.1)

Some Customers need to reduce the "Auto Refresh" interval on Workbenches below 5 mins.

However, system is not allowing to select it any value below 5 minutes and displaying a message Enter a number between 5 to 120 (Minutes).

How to setup the OTM Workbench Auto Refresh interval below 5 minutes?
