Error When Defining A WH As A Cost Location For A New WH (Doc ID 2927758.1)

On WH creation, if is selected one warehouse as cost location, when is pressed the button Address, is removed the selected wh and the application raises an error:

'Enter Cost Location information.'

Steps:

1. Create a new warehouse.
2. On the Zoning Location select a Warehouse.
3. Press the button Address and observe the error "Enter cost location information"

Note: in some cases the issue does not happen, but if wh ID is written directly it happens every time. Seems there is some additional one time activity (similar to ranging) for cost/wh that is not completed before pressing on address button.
