Unable to submit Close Accounting Period Exceptions Report as it doesn't show up parameter values for Ledger and Period name (Doc ID 2927759.1)

Goal

During Period Close, want to know the exceptions that are stopping period close and so we are trying to run "Close Accounting Period Exceptions" Report, but the Parameters for "Close Accounting Period Exceptions" Report do not show up Ledger name and Period name in the list of values (LOV).
