Organization Payment Method list of values in personal payment method page is showing multiple values BACS and Cheque

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Organization Payment Method list should display only BACS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.My Client Groups - Payroll - Personal payment method
2. Create a new one - OPM list - see multiple lines
