IDR Does Not Correctly Recognize Freight Line In Freight Invoice (Doc ID 2927860.1)

Goal

We receive Freight Bills that only have freight amount.
When the invoice is passed through IDR the freight line is not created in the UI invoice.
We have checked the option "Recognize Freight Option" in TEST instance. We need to know why freight line is not getting recognized from the Freight Bill image invoice. Please investigate & let us know in priority. Business wants to migrate IDR intelligence from TEST instance to Production instance immediately. Hence, requesting your kind help in resolving this case.
