ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicates are appearing once Contract is downloaded to Word Format
 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add a clause within the template while creating a contract

2. Signature Clause is not working as expected as we could see some special language added to source code even it copy from correctly working signature clause
