After Migrating Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Workbook To Another OAC, The Dataset Connection Cannot Be Edited (Doc ID 2927975.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to migrate a DV workbook from one OAC environment to another, the DV workbook is exported
 from original OAC containing the workbook with Dataset and prior connection setup, then imported into second OAC.
 However the imported Dataset connection cannot be edited to use a different database connection.
 Also ownership change is not working.
How to update the database connection on the imported Dataset ?
