Goal

Requirement in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for the following scenarios:

  1. If you are logging in directly within the network (intranet), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) should not trigger.
  2. If you are connected to internet, MFA should trigger.
