Symptoms
When attempting to run process "Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information" a blank screen is displayed when clicking the OK button to get to the Process Options.
This may occur on other ESS jobs using the same producer.
ERROR

The symptom in the UI is a blank screen instead of the process options.
The error in the logs is:
1. An incident error
2. javax.faces.FacesException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: A problem occurred fetching a requested resource. See logs for more details
3. java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException; remaining name 'ESS_SRS_RTF_ProducerName_ORA_CRM_UI_fa-internal_oracleoutsourcing_com'
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
1. Navigate to Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Click "Schedule New Process" button
3. Click the dropdown arrow and Search at the bottom of the dropdown list
4. Enter "Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information" in the Name and search
5. Select the process from the list and click OK
6. Click OK again; the error occurs
