Symptoms

After upgrading to Fusion Applications 23a release, all types of Oracle Social Network notifications emails are no longer being sent/received.

OSN Admin confirmed user settings are set correctly for all affected users and also verified OSN Admin email settings were configured properly.

 

Changes

 Fusion Applications 23a release was applied.
