Moving VBCS Application To Another Project In Visual Builder Studio (Doc ID 2928528.1)

Symptoms

Have an application created under a project.  Would like to move it to a new project. While trying to build the application under the new project it fails.

When an attempt is made to deploy form the new project the follow error is seen:
