On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Contact Department Field not displaying on Account Roll Up

We are using the OOTB Department field on Contact, but the department values from contact are not rolling up to the Account. Please advise.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contact Department suppose to show under Account---contact sub tab

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to contact OOTB field Department is showing
2. Go to account and contact sub tab is not showing department value
