Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT

The time card period 01/21/22 to 02/03/22 is missing when searched via Time Management. Time Entries are present when searching the time card period in Time Management > Time Entries.
Adding the time entry comment does not make the time card visible. Running the Diagnose and Correct Time Issues job using Multiple version statuses processed 0 time cards.

Other periods for this employee are visible.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to Time Management
2) Search for the user and enter the from and to dates
3) Time card does not display
