Fusion Payroll US: ACA Reporting Line 16 is not Populating as Expected (Doc ID 2928916.1)

Symptoms

The Legal Reporting Unit setup was completed per documentation which confirms line 16 should populate 2C; however, it is blank for the majority of employees.

STEPS:
1. Complete all the prerequisites of configuring for ACA reporting per the documentation 2067360.1.
2. Run the Archive End-of-Year ACA Information extract from the Submit a Flow task.
3. From My Client Groups>Payroll>Submit a Flow>Select your US legislative data group (LDG)>Search for and select US 1095-C Employee Report.
4. Enter the required information, and click Submit.
5. When the flow completes, click US 1095-C Employee Report in Tasks to view the 1095-C.
6. confirmed line line 16 is blank.
