Auto Ranging Function in Replenishment Attribute Upload not working to range primary pack

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enter Replenishment
2. Upload Replenishment attributes from file
3. Load Base file with auto ranging set to yes and with a primary pack
4. Upload

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Auto range packs
